  • Undertaking and delivering our project in accordance with quality procedures that are appropriate to the activities being undertaken by our company and reflects recognized company best practice;
  • Ensuring that all personnel understand their roles and the procedures in the delivery of their responsibilities;
  • Personnel’s are provided with all necessary resources and equipment/tools to discharge their duties effectively;
  • Ensuring that client’s needs and expectations are met and exceeded where necessary. Timely delivery of clients’ needs and expectations;
  • Recognizing our sub-contractors/suppliers as partners and a valuable integral part of our company;
  • Training and re-training of personnel in order to improve the quality of our service delivery;
  • Ensuring that all personnel operate in accordance with the quality management procedures relevant to their role in the company;
  • Ensuing that all work and service delivery of our projects are in accordance with quality standards and procedures;
  • Giving all personnel the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement and effectiveness of our quality management systems and procedures
  • Providing and equipping all personnel to be able to gain full access to this quality policy at all times and in all working environments;
  • Reviewing this quality policy on a yearly basis.
